Join Becca Cerra & Emily Rose for 2 hours of self-care and deep relaxation. They will lead you through 12-14 effortless yin postures in which you use props to support your body so you can fully surrender. In each posture, they will offer 1-2 minutes of Thai Bodywork tailored to your body's needs that day. She will apply pressure along energy lines to create a profound sense of relaxation and energetic cleansing. The Thai portion allows you to go deeper into the yin postures without having to exert any effort. We will close the evening with an extended savasana offering you the opportunity to soak up the benefits of this practice. In this unique atmosphere you'll contribute to the collective group energy making the experience more powerful and transformative for all. You'll leave feeling stretched, relaxed, and renewed.

Becca Cerra encourages her students to use yoga as a tool to practice self-love and develop a positive body image.
