Recover from your Pride weekend with Open Minds! 🔥Fusion Yoga is the integration of hot yoga poses and dynamic a cool room this hot summer.🌞🌫 The fire comes from within! Combine a power vinyasa flow with powerful longer held postures in this special weekly class.

Become a bad-ass at balancing, find your breath and your core! With practice & a steady breath (in balance with a steady mind), we perhaps will dive deeper and closer to our true Self. 

The Sanskrit word Agni means "fire". Agni primarily connotes the fire reflecting the primordial powers to consume, transform and convey.

Agni additionally became a metaphor any practice, energy or knowledge that consumes and dispels a state of darkness, transforms and procreates an enlightened state of existence.

We use agni by building internal heat by our bodies, cleanse not only the body, but also the mind, in yoga. we don't need a hot room when we now how to build our own internal heat.

Excited to Host our new teacher:
🔥Zsuzsi began their journey into yoga with the desire to promote their own body's wellness. After they began to see the positive changes , Zsuzsi made the decision to bring the holistic qualities of yoga to others. They has been teaching yoga since 2011 as well as running their own business of massage therapy. It is their passion to bring awareness to others of their own bodies needs and positively promote inner and outer well-being. Outside of the yoga studio, Zsuzsi is a drag king as well as a director of Dragged Out, a drag show in the Twin Cities. They also love to travel, cook with their spouse, and spending time with close friends.

Open Minds Fusion Studio is located at 515 W. Lake. The corner of Lake and Garfield. We share a free parking lot with Cricket Wireless. Our entrance is accessible from the parking lot, our door is right under the "I love Yoga" sign. If the parking lot is full, free overflow parking is available along Garfield Ave.
