Join Leah as she breaks down the basics of aerial yoga. This class will build a strong foundation for this practice. Learn basic aerial moves, hand wraps, and lingo that will give you confidence in practice. You will likely still break a slight sweat in this class. This is the perfect time to try aerial yoga in a beginner only setting. Hydrate and eat properly well before class, try not to drink coffee beforehand. This practice is not recommended for those with glaucoma or pregnancy.
