Tantra is a way of life – and it takes practice
Community Night is a place to come together and develop your Tantra skills: presence, awareness, a sense of closeness with self and others and opening to higher states of consciousness.
Like yoga or learning to play a musical instrument, Tantra is a learned skill. Regular attention and in depth exercises strengthens your capacity to live a spiritually blissful and ecstatic life, every day in all ways. Since Tantra is a body-based spiritual practice, you will develop your relationship with your body through deep listening and inviting each moment to be a new level of self expression.
What can you expect?
Sara and Thomas will introduce the practice and explain it’s role in Tantric development. The rest of the evening will focus on the practice with question and answer opportunities as well. We welcome you sharing what is working in your practice and your challenges. Arrive early or go out after for social time.
Some of the practices may include:
Strengthening the use of the 3 keys: Breath, movement and sound
Charging the chakras
Running your body’s life force energy
Meditations – including active ways of releasing blocks
Yummy conscious connection
