Honor the Hawaiian fire goddess Pele and harness your internal fire (agni) in a tantric heat building class with visiting teacher Jamie Eversweet Belmarez, a MN native who has been kissed by the both the destructive and creative powers of Pele while living on the Big Island of Hawaii since 2004. In this workshop we will learn:

🌋 Vocal activation through mantra and toning
🌋 Meditative pranayama including vedic and Hawaiian techniques
🌋 Heat building tantric yoga to balance shiva and shakti energies including a mix of vinyasa, kundalini and hatha styles. Sweat your prayers!
