Kicked off by an Earth Goddex Yoga practice. We move with intuition to our own bodies and evolve the yoga practice to sway like water, and breath like the air, and dance like fire, celebrating life on Mother Earth.
From the ground to the crown, tapping into our chakras in every class. An expression of art with our bodies, we use dance therapeutics and tribal beats, and primal movement weaved into a yoga flow, to create a truly healing creative expression.

A panel-led discussion on gender, identity, femininity, eco-feminsm and the non-binary in relation to our individual and cultural ideas of the Goddess/Goddex.

How do we, as community leaders, create safe and inclusive spaces for all those on the gender spectrum? We will discuss ideas of sacred femininity, biology and inclusion, appreciating or embracing feminine energy with out being born female and much more. Bring your questions & your ideas.

Journey deeper into the sacred feminine through authentic connection to our bodies, our sensual healing and each other. You will be guided through Tantric Practice for women in a safe space for healing, from the inside out. Combining thought work, Breath work, and exercises for the pelvic floor. We deconstruct learning, and rebuild sensation and self love. If you don't have a yoni egg, don't worry you can purchase one from us. And you get to choose your crystal / stone for your egg. Also there is the option to not use an egg but you can still practice these exercises with your pelvic floor muscles alone.
