Every few months, 2 amazing teacher-healers of various modalities, will guide you and relieve you body, mind in spirit over the course of 95mins, in a low lit with salt lamps and singing bowls
Experience the bliss of assisted stretching and effortless yoga massage. Pressure will be applied along energy lines to create a profound sense of relaxation and energetic cleansing. The Thai portion allows you to go deeper into the yin postures without having to exert any effort
Experience release, pleasure and/or relief, by way of singing bowls humming, massaging your head and neck and by way of myofascial release.
