We have arrived!

There are only 6 (SIX!) certified Boss Chick Dance Workout instructors in the state of Minnesota (including yours truly) and we are excited to share this incredible dance fitness routine with all the ladies/female identifying persons we can! Grab your bestie, put on your booty shorts and get ready to unleash your inner-Beyonce with this choreographed cardio dance workout demo class!

4 Teachers will be rotating through some fresh beats (including Beyonce - Homecoming!) and teaching you the basics of Afro-beats, Dance Hall, Hip-Hop and Twerk!

When: June 9th, 1030am
Where: Open Minds Fusion Studio, 515 W. lake Street (and we have a parking lot!)
