Baby & Me Yoga with Snowvybz Thursday Nights in Feb.

For Prenatal / Postnatal / Parents / grandparents with babies/toddlers 3 and Under

Prenatal benefits:
A great way for mom's to be able to do gentle stretches, movement and learn simple breathing exercises to find comfort and relief during pregnancy. Great way to get the body prepared for birth and a speedy recovery.

Postnatal benefits:
An easy way to ease back into exercise, parent and baby yoga is a safe, fun and healthy practice for both of you.

~Practicing yoga aids in child birth recovery and healing, can reduce anxiety and postpartum depression and supports emotional well-being.
~The repetitive and soothing motions help keep baby happy.
~Yoga also helps with gas and constipation in babies.

•This class is for prenatal, women at least four to six weeks postpartum, fathers, grandparents and guardians of babies /toddlers 3 and under. *Have baby toys near by and handy.

•NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

~Packages can be used.
