🌪But life, the ultimate guru, reminds us that we also need to sometimes RAGE LIKE THE SUN. There is a fiery cleansing of spirit that I have been ritualizing, and sharing, in my feet-stomping emotional-swamping yoga classes.

We have much work to do, humans. And that is why we practice Earth Goddess yoga (for all genders). ALERT: THIS IS A NO SPIRITUALLY BYPASSING kind of class. Your rage is holy too!

Saturdays at the A-Mill Art Lofts: ☀️Capture the Sun energy this season. Feel the Sun Goddess in you. Embody her. And create a summer of pleasure for her! 1 hour class in the heart of Minneapolis. ...On the River at the A-Mill on Main st, Dakota territory.

Each week we will practice a yummy yoga flow, that is fun and easy to follow. Class starts at ten am.
