The Seeker School has partnered with Nomad Sauna and Yoginis Koreen and Meredith to bring you a yoga and sauna weekend event! There are multiple opportunities to practice and get your sweat on right after. Each session has a cap of 7 people and you must pre-register to reserve your spot. Schedule and pricing is listed below.

Friday 27th:
-12pm Vinyasa w/Justyn followed by 1hr of sauna time - $50

-4pm Wim Hoff Method/ Pranyama practice (Plus guided sauna Breathwork & Cold Plunge Practice) w/Koreen- $40
-6pm Kundalini inspired flow w/Meredith followed by 1hr of sauna time - $50
-8pm Dark Yoga w/Koreen followed by 1hr of sauna time - $50

Saturday 28th:

-10:30am Yin w/Justyn followed by 1hr of sauna time -$50

-12pm Earth Goddess w/Koreen followed by 1hr of sauna time - $50

-3pm Wim Hoff Method/ Pranyama practice (Plus guided sauna Breathwork & Cold Plunge Practice) w/Koreen- $40

-5pm Gong Bath w/Meredith follwed by 1hr of sauna of time - $50

Sunday 29th:

10:30am Vinyasa w/Justyn follwed by 1hr of sauna time - $50
