Dark sounds, drone, vibrate down to the bone & soul! Feeling nature & the darkness of Autumn within us as we celebrate the beauty of darkness & mystery.
Have a healthy Halloween experience by journeying into darkness with guided yoga, breathwork & a psychedelic sound bath.
We embark on this vibrational healing journey, with many giant gongs, and a long deep sound bath, we will feel into our shadows and brace the darkness of the season. Feel into your body, mind and spirit as the days get shorter and darker by starting the internal fire with heat and breath and movement, and then we go into yin & SLOW yoga, AND go deeper into our minds with guided transcendental breath work.
Our practice will be about progressive darkness in balance with the light in our hearts.
The room will become darker and darker and we will be using blindfolds to go even deeper into sensory deprivation, to heighten our other senses to feel into light, vibration, healing. And it will be figurative, as you are guided on your own creative journey in your mind's eye during the soundscape with an option to blindfold to go deeper.
Expect a giant long yummy gong bath, droning instruments and singing bowls. Many giant gongs and multiple sound healers with various instruments to 5D landscape sensation.

We start on your journey with light yoga and balancing poses as the darkness starts enveloping us.
Utilizing transcendental breathwork & Wim How breathing techniques, we feel into our nature and our ancestors experience of Fall and facing winter bravely.
We flow into yin poses and get cozy on the ground and let the darkness take over and we are guided into a DEEP sound bath landscape. A sensory deprivation experience for all levels of yoga practitioners. Even for those who have never taken a yoga class but want to journey with us and within your own imagination.

Oh! …And he is bringing the BEAM!
"The Beam is an electric Bass Monochord. It's primarily sound attribute is deep bass drone. I run it through a custom pedal setup to manipulate, alter and stretch its sound. it's perfect for Halloween and scary effects.
The gongs being brought with me with be (2) Nepalese 40" Singing Gongs made from recycled Singing Bowls. Also will be a variety of custom hand made gongs of various shapes and sizes.
Also present will be a custom hand made flying gong known as the Bertoia Stingray Gong. This gong hangs horizontal rather than vertical. Thus allows it to dive and swoop while playing it creating a mesmerizing sound."
