This very special Earth Goddess Women's circle will explore methods to utilize our voice when we're feeling disembodied, to bring us back to center, and find a grounded space for clearer connection + communication with self & others.
In this ceremonial gathering, we'll get to know & feel our voices more intimately for:

We welcome our very special guest host, 16+ year Voice Empowerment Coach + Alchemist, Ariella Rahma Forstein, AND Earth Goddess Yoga & Womxn’s circles leader, Teacher & pleasure activist, Koreen Valdovinos- who has bringing thought leaders, authors, pleasure activists, and priestesses into circle and ceremony, sharing knowledge, and making new friends in community.
Helping people embrace the art of feminine embodiment by way of play, dance, tantra, healing the sister wounds, self study & booty shaking yoga.
For this very special workshop & ceremony, we will explore and practice the lived experience of our voices being a sacred alter.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED in this trauma-aware space. Ariella Rahma will guide us in exploring our voices through practices, songs, 'non-religious' prayers we create together, speaking truths, and offerings of our selves to the earth, world, universe, and beyond if we wish.
Did you know that the vibration of our vocal cords is the original 'sound healing?' And that they massage the entire body and energy-body in a healing way?
Did you know that sharing our voices with the earth is a form of reciprocity with her?
Did you know that as we get comfy with our voices, it enhances our confidence in every branch of life?
Ariella will discuss this as we weave a sound-web of unity, healing, love and realness.
~~ We hold emotion in our voices, and so this is a safe space to release, if emotion decides to come forth as we do this intimate work work our voices + selves.
Everyone attending will be encouraged to join in group voice exercises, but no one HAS sing/speak alone.
You will also have the opportunity to ask Ariella logistical questions about anything from vocal technique, to having authority when you speak, to how your sexual organs are connected with your voice... (Q & A)
We'll share tea in our circle, and also after if you want to hang out and get to know each other.
Ariella's special throat & tummy tea blend will be served, to lubricate our vocal chords and make our bodies feel warm… of course herbs are medicinal, so check in with your body if these herbs are right for you before drinking: Organic Licorice & Peppermint
