This evening consists of connecting to our heart's desire, to each other in community. Where we can lift and support each other.
This is a mildly guided a dynamic movement practice—a practice of being in your body—that ignites creativity, connection, and community. No experience needed. Only the desire to connect to your heart and/or to sweat your prayers, reclaim your power & freedom to follow your bliss.
Here, in the low lit dance studio, we move our emotions, release and invite in what serves us best.

We start our evening in circle as we collectively set intentions for this coming cycle, starting with this full moon. Oracle cards & candles charge up the circle.
Be guided into meditation and slow somatic movement and then release into your being with eyes closed and open.
Feel free to dance your booty off, feel free to stretch, lay, take up space, practice your yoga or meditate as you please. ..as the music moves you.
We have no rules of how to move, we invite individual expression.
Expect waves of rhythms by DJ Earth G Koreen, your guide. From world music, to soft mantras, to funky disco house, tribal & deep house music. ... and back to your breath.
Expect to have fun, get a little wild, giggle, and feel fricken good in our bodies., Expect to leave feeling alive, confident and grounded in your intentions.

I have been asked about hosting regular conscious dance circles for some time. I am finally popping them off! Come show your support for the first one, and let me know about ideas and future collaborations. I hope to host these Full Moon Conscious circles monthly. And if the community desires we can have all-gendered full moon circles maybe every other month. I am open to suggestions and desires.
