This workshop begins with guided integrative breathwork to gently bring you into your body, deepening the connection to body and spirit. The practice allows the critical or thinking mind to quiet, creating space for clarity, presence, and openness.
We then explore the activation and flow of your creation energy. This practice can be experienced energetically or through physical touch, offering the freedom to choose what feels most aligned and comfortable. Guided techniques will help you awaken, move and circulate this energy, allowing you to connect more deeply with yourself and your creative power & sensual enlightenment.
We will flow into conscious movement, guided by music, to ground, integrate, and embody the activated energy. This movement offers an opportunity to release, express, and celebrate your experience, leaving you feeling alive and fully connected.
