An Honoring of Feminine Power
Yoni = sacred altar. This gathering seeks to invite in the remembering of this sacred altar in your own body. This experiential workshop will educate you around yogini wisdom and bring you through experiences and practices of yoni activation, grounded earth wisdom... and the modern science of the pelvic floor. This 3 hour workshop will include, practices, lecture & discussion.
Together we will worship and reclaim the magic of your feminine waters. Our experience will open with some grounding breathwork and meditation, followed by a discussion on the 64 Yoginis and Siddhi power of mensuration. We will then move into an embodied co-guided moving meditation and yoga practice with Yoni egg ceremony, and sound bath.

From the ancient knowledge of mystical traditions & blood magic;
to modern science (that FINALLY has mapped the anatomy of the clitorus) and offers us clues to healing our bodies and hearts, physically and emotionally.
Exploring the yoni egg practice through the lense of embodiment, physiology, chemistry & psychology of the expansive female orgasm and moon cycle.
Your guides:
Justyn O'Neill is the owner and creator of the Seeker Yoga School, and specializes in advanced yoga studies for yoga teachers, and guides trips to the yogini temples in India. Justyn guides yoga practice in a way that honors the feminine aspect of the practice. Weaving in wisdom from Shakti/Goddess traditions, giving the practitioner an opportunity to connect with their own inner power and inherent wisdom.
Koreen Valdovinos owner of Open Minds Fusion Studio. Beyond her role as a Ecstatic Dance DJ (Earth G Koreen) & Earth Goddess Yoga teacher, Koreen serves as a Pleasure Activist, Women's Circle Guide, Embodied Movement Coach, & Thai Yoga massage therapist, promoting healing and self-discovery through the celebration of the sacred feminine!
