What does it mean to love yourself? Do you know How? What are the steps you can take to begin to love yourself completely? Join Mimi of Synergyoga for one or 2 nights this spring exploring this.
1.) Start the workshop with Buti Yoga Flow, Mimi,of Synergyoga a Haiti native, brings the Caribbean sun into a beat heavy flow. This is dance movement incorporated into a vinyasa flow. This is what we call Earth Tribe/ Earth Goddess bliss flow! And it is easy to follow and sets you up to be tuned into the self love we are then going to work to expand like magic.
2.) We will then workshop some topics and exercises on on self love.
3.) Then we close with Yin Yoga - 45 minutes of melting slowly into postures. Yin Yoga is a more passive yoga. You let the poses take you. They are often held from 3-6 minutes and they are all on the floor. Supported by Mother Earth. In our safe space. Tuning up your body and soul.
There will be time for quiet reflection for journaling, coloring, or meditating on the themes discussed. Bring a journal.

Earth Tribe Goddess Flow / Buti Yoga: Allow yourself to be guided through an all - levels Buti Flow. Through fluid movement in conjunction with breath. TRIBAL DANCE and DEEP BEATS.TAPPING INTO YOUR PRIMAL FORCE, MOVING YOUR HIPS AND OPENING YOUR MIND!
Yin Yoga - Gets deep in the connective tissue. Yin Yoga has the same goals and objectives as any other school of yoga; however, it directs the stimulation normally created in the asana portion of the practice deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues (which we are calling the yang tissues). Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.
Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
