I look forward to treating you to Thai Yoga Bodywork & Massage. I work with a combination of tools & techniques. This full body massage is performed on a big cozy thai mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility.

Thai focuses on improving and balancing the flow of energy throughout the body and combines dynamic-assisted stretching with physical pressure & massage applied along energy lines influenced by Chinese acupuncture and Ayurveda. Some affectionally call it "lazy man's yoga" because you passively receive being moved and stretched into yoga postures.

Many of my clients say, Why would I get a regular table massage when I can have by whole body worked like this? This one of the best full body massages you may ever receive.

I combine elements of reiki and chakra work, as well as combining more typical massage work that will leave you feeling so good, stretched out and deeply massaged.
