Aerial-curious? Explore aerial acrobatics in a safe, supportive and accessible environment.

We will spend plenty of time on the ground - stretching, strengthening and balancing - then cover the very basics up in the air.

Space will be very limited so pre-registration is HIGHLY recommended!  

Wear tight fitting, stretchy clothing and NO sharp or metallic jewelry on your hands or wrists. Avoid lotions or moisturizers before class - dry skin makes for a better grip on the fabric.

This workshop will give you the foundation you need to drop in to our Aerial Open Gyms and work your new-found strength.
