This is an intermediate level lyra workshop for students looking to up their skill-set!  This workshop is with experienced Aerialist and performer, Gracie White.

Recommended: to be able to do a pull up and have some base Lyra or Trapeze experience. Hang! Twirl!

We’ll start off with a warm-up and stretch, cover a few tricks that I think add some pizazz to any routine, and then learn one of my all-time favorite sequences that you can use as a jumping-off point for your own practice. I’m always open to requests, so if you see anything on my instagram (@gracie_gw) that you really want to learn, learn me know and I’ll do my best to fit it in!
