This workshop is designed to progressively teach the art of contortion, full body flexibility, basic tumbling and acrobatic skills. Students will use passive flexibility and active flexibility exercises to gain control and fluidity of movement while creating unique poses and tumbling skills.
In order to best enjoy this workshop, students should be comfortable performing a bridge/wheel pose.
