From Ground to Crown we will break down the practice & the postures. With 3 experienced yoga teachers/ body workers, knowledgeable in a variety of yoga traditions.

🤸‍♂- After the slow flow and break down we will blast of a intense class, using what we learned, after creating muscle memories, we can move through poses in more intense, tribal dance infused sequence. This class uses hands on adjustments & long, juicy, surrender series, incorporating Yin poses, Thai Yoga massage, body work and sound bath.

🔆April 14th - At Open Minds Fusion Studio, breaking down higher chakra poses, focusing on anahata to sahsrara (heart to crown chakras), breathing techniques such as alternate nostril breathing and breaking down additional tribal dance flows.
