Beginner Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga for beginners will help you refine your yoga practice and also introduce you to new Buti Specific movement (that can can go a little too fast in a regular buti class) to REALLY understand the complexities of dynamic movement.

Here, we will brake the dance and flow down into repeatable pieces that will still make you sweat hard....but this time you really nail that booty shake and the spiraling chest movement.

You WILL get your heart rate elevated, and you will even find beginner to intermediate advanced yoga postures in some of these classes as well, But we will brake down the flow more than usual!

Buti Yoga incorporates power yoga, HIGH intensity interval training AND tribal dance.

Its the yoga for people who get bored with yoga. Its also for people who LOVE yoga and want to level up with dynamic, dancing and fluid movement.
