๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ is a patterning of sound vibrations. Mantras have been chanted by human beings since the beginning of language formation. The sound vibrations when chanted a certain number of times generate positive thought and affect our daily living by bringing in positive energies within us. The benefits include but are not limited to letting go of negative emotions, connecting to your Higher Self, inviting love and compassion within and increasing wealth and prosperity in your life.

๐— ๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜€ are hand postures that mime the abstract idea expressed by a Mantra. Mudra works like a prop for the mind to support itself in the realm of the nameless and formless reality. When we hold the hands in a particular Mudra by exerting a minimal pressure for a certain amount of time, we activate nerve endings in the palm related to different parts of our body. It acts like a self acupressure and helps in releasing stress, decreasing pain, increases blood flow and ensures good health.
The guided meditation will comprise of:
Introduction to the Mantra, it's pronunciation and meaning.Introduction to the hand Mudra and its benefits.Guided meditation and guided chanting of the Mantra. Journaling. Questions and answers.

First Class of the 5 class series (as an example of what to expect) :

We will be chanting a Mantra which helps us in new beginnings as this New Year ushers in.

Om Gam Ganpataye Namah
This Mantra in Sanskrit language prays to Lord Ganesha. He has been worshipped in many parts of the world since ancient times. Ganesha is said to be the remover of obstacles and symbolizes knowledge and wisdom. In Hindu religion, He is worshipped first as His blessings are considered auspicious for any event.
Ganesha governs our Root chakra.

Root chakra is our first chakra and located at the base of the spine and pelvic floor. It relates to stability and a blockage can mean feelings of anxiety and fear.

Mantra Meaning:
Om- Primordial sound of the UniverseGam- Sound of GaneshaGanpataye-another name of GaneshaNamah- I offer salutations to youO Ganesha, help me in removing obstacles that hinder my new beginnings, open my root chakra and bless me with knowledge and wisdom.

Spiritually, chanting this mantra means you are invoking the Divinity within you to connect with the Divinity of the Universe. You are asking knowledge and wisdom to let go of fears as you become more grounded within yourself, prepare to open new doors and become the most mindful, balanced version of yourself.
