Join us for movement medicine, deep house, yoga chakra dance for ravers and conscious dancers, & movers and shakers. Be guided by Yogini Teacher Koreen, creatrix of Earth Goddess Yoga .
We will find the DEEP BASS rhythm... and the flow = integrating traditional vinyasa flow/ power yoga with Kundalini and chakra dance. + A touch of Buti Yoga to really increase the heat. Sacred twerk is optional but absolutely is an option. This is a fun class. Bliss is our destiny and our core!
