An Immersive weekend retreat to the White Buffalo Lodge in Wisconsin with myself and The Seeker Yoga school.

This will be the 4th Year I will be co-hosting these retreats with Teacher Justyn Littlebird of Seeker Yoga School. We get out into nature, away from all the buzzzz of everyday life and sink deep into the yoga teachings with a an intimate group of friends. Hikable land. Options to stay in the big cozy group cabin in a private or shared room… or tent on the land!

Dive into Earth Medicine and Yogini Magic in August:

We offer this weekend as an activation- to tune into the intuition of your body, connect to the wisdom of the earth, remember the medicine of your ancestry and study the map of the lower Chakra centers.

We will work with practices that create grounding in our bodies and connection to our surroundings to open up our channels for intuitive knowing.

Sky Immersion weekend in Sept:

The Seeker School invites you to a weekend Immersion with Justyn O'Neill and Meredith Foss to explore the mystical teachings of sky/air/etheral realm energies and Yogini Magic.
We offer this weekend as an activation- to tune into the messages that come from all around you, connect to the wisdom of the expansive sky, remember the aspects of who you are that are beyond the physical body and study the map of the higher Chakra centers.
We will work with practices that draw energy upward, create expansion and assist in releasing fear of the unknown or the formless.
