Yoga & Massage for Head/Neck Tension with CBD oil and Singing Bowls

✨In this seasonal popular healing yoga and bodywork workshop we will use essential oils, asana (yoga postures), meditation, massage, essential oils, energy work to relax the mind and body for those who suffer with headaches and neck & shoulder tension. Every couple month, 3 amazing teacher-healers of various modalities, will guide you and relieve you body, mind in spirit over the course of 90mins, in a low lit with salt lamps room. By way of singing bowls humming, massaging your head and neck and by way of myofascial release. 

🌱Also you will have a chance to experience the healing plant medicine - CBD oil both topically, and also ingesting it for the full experience. This is optional and the class is an absolutely blissful with or without this addition.

☀️Koreen Valdovinos, founder of Open Minds, yoga & meditation teacher, movement special and CBD oil educator will lead you through a slow flow and long juicy meditative holds in poses. As well as use her knowledge of Thai Yoga Massage to assist your and adjust your body is poses. 
🌺Katie Rau, Massage Therapist, essential oil educator will be using her hands to rub out tension and provide myofascial release. 
🦋 Andrea Demont, Reiki Master & Yogini will educate us on the concept or Reiki energy, using reiki during class on all. Sharing her awesome love with us all! Come Bliss out on a Sunday morn. Start 2018 with healing the self so u can better move through the world sharing your best self.
♥ Stephanie Kinney, Gentle Yoga teacher, brings her own intimate knowledge of chronic pain management. Stephanie of the Yoga Center is Open Minds newest teacher and will be co-teaching class as Koreen moves between teaching, massaging, assisted stretching, 

parking is off Lake and Garfield in the Lot with Cricket in the front. Our Entrance is on the side of the building.
